Tequila Ocho Paloma

1.5 oz Tequila Ocho Plata

2.0 oz Freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice

0.5 oz Freshly-squeezed lime juice

0.5 oz Simple syrup

2.0 oz Sparkling water

Instructions

Coarse sea salt for the rim. Combine all the ingredients—except the sparkling water—in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, then shake to combine. Strain into a salt-rimmed (if that’s your thing) highball glass filled with ice. Top off the drink with sparkling water and serve.

G4 Tequila Old Fashioned

2 oz G4 Reposado Tequila

0.75 oz Demerara syrup

1.0 oz Benedictine

0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Old Fashioned glass on the rocks

Instructions

Pour ingredients into old-fashioned glass.

Stir until blended.

Add ice to preference.

El Tequileño Platinum Crushed Margarita

1.5 oz El Tequileño Platinum
0.5 oz Cubed lime
0.25 oz Cubed orange
0.5 oz Agave Nectar
Crushed ice

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a glass on the rocks.

Add crushed ice and stir.

Garnish with a lime wheel and an orange wedge.

HGT — Mexican Espresso Martini

2 oz     Your favorite Artisanal Reposado Tequila

1 oz     Coffee liqueur

1 oz     Espresso shot

1.5 oz  Mexican hot chocolate (Nestle Abuelita)

Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Serve neat in a Martini glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Cantarito

2 oz Your favorite Artisanal Tequila (recommend Blanco or Reposado)

1 teaspoon Coarse sea salt

1 Freshly-squeezed lime

1.5 oz Orange juice

Top off with grapefruit soda (Squirt or Fresca)

Ice cubes

 

Mix all ingredients in a large mug and garnish with fresh lime and orange slices.
